Business Development Internship
Location: Solothurn · Workload: 80–100% · Start date: to be agreed upon · Fixed-term contract for 3–5 months, with the option to extend
Your Role
You’ll work closely with senior management and take on responsibility where it matters most.
You’ll reliably drive projects forward—from partner management and production organization to
investor relations, market launches, internal coordination, and the rapid resolution of operational
bottlenecks. The pace is fast, the tasks are diverse—you’ll be right in the thick of it when it comes to all decisions and processes

Your Responsibilities
You serve as the primary support for senior management and ensure that their day-to-day operations, priorities, and decisions are implemented smoothly.
You will coordinate the operational processes of production, manage logistics, and ensure efficient operations.
You bring structure to a dynamic environment, clarify priorities, and ensure that decisions are implemented quickly.
You’ll work closely with the accounting department, provide support in day-to-day operations, and improve workflows and
processes to ensure that financial operations run efficiently and smoothly.You’ll work closely on strategic topics such as corporate development, product portfolio,
partner management, and financing—and provide support where it will have the greatest impact.You’ll take on cross-functional tasks and projects independently and, when needed, pitch in with day-to-day operations—taking a pragmatic, solution-oriented, and reliable approach.
You will participate in important meetings with clients, investors, and partners, and prepare for and follow up on them.
You will create concise presentations, decision-making documents, and internal updates, and ensure that internal communication remains clear and focused.
You'll keep track of appointments, meetings, and travel plans; prepare materials; take minutes; and ensure that nothing falls through the cracks.
What You Bring to the Table
- Currently enrolled in or having completed a degree program in business administration or a related field, ideally with basic business training
Extremely quick comprehension and the ability to switch flexibly between topics without compromising on
qualityStrong analytical skills and a confident, pragmatic approach to working with data and tools
Clear, precise communication in German and English; French is a plus
A high degree of personal responsibility, a strong drive to get things done, and a solution-oriented, discreet approach to work
Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle pressure in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Proficiency in Microsoft 365/Google Workspace; knowledge of Abacus/AbaNinja or Brevo is a plus
