1. How long does the exchange take?

The actual replacement process takes approximately 30 - 45 minutes - depending on the size of the system: the old batteries are simply removed, the connections of the old battery are disconnected and the new batteries are connected and inserted. The firmware on the control units is updated to the latest inesco firmware (don't worry - we will support you via remote maintenance).

2. Are sodium-ion batteries as safe as my previous salt batteries?

Yes, sodium-ion batteries offer very good thermal and electrochemical stability, making them safe to handle.

4. What does the replacement cost?
